Legal and institutional framework of CSAR
The Commissariat for Food Security and Resilience (CSAR) is a public administrative establishment, with administrative and financial autonomy, under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Family and Solidarity and under the financial supervision of the Ministry of Finance and Budget.
Main missions:

- ●Manage the State's food security stocks
- ●Participate in the establishment of the annual cereal balance
