For users and populations

You can submit a request via the "Request for assistance" or "Take action" page. You will receive a tracking code to follow the progress of your file.

Go to "Track my request" and enter the tracking code that was communicated to you by email or SMS.

Consult the interactive map and the SIM section for markets and sales points covered by CSAR.

Use the Contact page or the numbers indicated. For food emergency situations, a request via the dedicated form is processed as a priority.

For donors and partners

Go to the Partners page and use the "Become a partner" form or contact us via the Contact / Press section.

The Resources section and the Reports page contain official reports, studies and publications. SIM reports are accessible from the dedicated page.

The SIM (Market Information System) publishes reports and data. Consult the interactive map and SIM reports for indicators by region.
